Linda Yutmeyer Dupasquier, GRI - Broker/Owner
Linda, a graduate of Southern State College and former Business Education teacher moved to Galena in 1993, and has been practicing real estate full-time ever since. Linda worked at The Territory Realty from 1993 – 1999. There she earned the Most Professional Agent award for five consecutive years and the Associate of the Year in 1997 with the Freeport-Galena Area Association of Realtors.In 1999, Linda and Jerry formed Galena Realty, Ltd. Since 2000, she has listed and sold over $31 million dollars worth of property.

Linda is not all about business…
The numbers above are impressive, but if you want to see Linda at her best, look no further than to her daughter, Catherine. Linda considers her time as President of June Cleaver, Inc. her favorite job.

Linda's talents are far reaching…
Linda, helped establish The Friends of Galena Public Library, Inc. and served as the first board president. Her talent for making wonderful greeting cards inspired the annual Hearts and Art fundraiser for the library. Linda's altruism did stop at planning and running the function, she also donated an average 350 cards each year.

In her spare time…
Linda not only makes beautiful greeting cards that she shares with friends, family, and clients, she is an avid photographer turning many of her photos into works of art. Linda is inspired by her beautiful gardens and the surrounding countryside, where she and Jerry have their home in Rural Scales Mound. When Linda isn't tending the garden, or working on cards, you may catch her and Jerry cruising Lake Galena on their pontoon boat.

Jerry Dupasquier - Broker/Owner
Jerry Dupasquier, President of Northgate Builders, Inc., brings his extensive knowledge and building expertise to the Galena Realty team. Jerry has owned property in Jo Daviess County for nearly 30 years. His years of experience in the building industry, his innovative leadership style, and dynamic vision make him an invaluable part of the Galena Realty team and the construction leader in The Galena Territory.

Family life…
Jerry has two children and is smitten with his grandson. We can only imagine the things this lucky child will learn from ole' Grandpa!

And for fun…
It isn't often enough, but Jerry does take some time to play a few rounds of golf. He is good, but imagine what he could do if he weren't so busy dreaming up new ideas. On especially beautiful days, you may catch him riding his Harley through The Territory as he makes his way to the job sites or looking for the next great site. Jerry's talents, like Linda's are diverse. Jerry makes a mean pull-pork, grows fantastic pumpkins, and can slice an apple with a bow and arrow.

Who would have thought this collaboration of talents and skills could become such a desired model.
